My Instagram:

PM routine:
Alternate these two nightly routines:
Routine 1:
Double cleanse skin
I love the Physician's formula perfect matcha cleanser as a first cleanse

For a great PH balanced second cleanse (which is also important to a healthy barrier) I love the Dr. Brandt Clean Biotic cleanser

Next is LED. This is the perfect time to get your LED in, on clean, BARE skin. try for 10-30 minutes a night if you have time-5 days a week

After LED we will use an essence and then Copper Peptides
(Visit my CP video here, I ranked my faves)

I like to spray the NIOD Superoxide Dismutase spray first-a very hydrating/amazing antioxidant

Another essence that is great is the Sukoyaka Suhada Urea moisture essence

Two that I love are NIOD CAIS

and the Ordinary Buffet plus Copper Peptides

After Copper peptides we'll use a good hydrating serum and moisturizer to lock in hydration. Iunik Beta glucan serum is perfect; 98% beta glucan and 2% sodium PCA
Last is this night gel-cream moisturizer from La Roche Posay checks SO many boxes!! Glycerin, squalane, shea butter plus niacinamide. Fragrance free goodness!

PM Routine 2
Physician's formula perfect matcha cleanser as a first cleanse

PH balanced second cleanse: Dr. Brandt Clean Biotic cleanser

Next is LED.

After LED we will use a Niacinamide product (essence or lightweight serum): then a hydrating serum of any kind-can be hyaluronic acide, could be panthenol (I like this beta glucan/sodium PCA serum very much! So hydrating
NEXT is a retinoid (choose tretinoin (strongest , retinaldehyde next potent, retinol (weakest) or granactive retinoids (gentle and active). I'll list some options:
Retinaldehyde:
Avene Retrinal:

Retinol (this one looks good-with niacinamide, retinol and hyaluronic acid)

Granactive retinoid (The Ordinary):

Last is a moisturizer. The same La Roche Posay moisturizer (from above) will work!
AM :
Cleanse (if you prefer): The same Dr. Brandt cleanser is great
Essence Sukoyaka Suhada is great
If you own the cos de baha niacinamide toner that is great too!
You can add another hydrating essence here like the Secret Key galactomyces
Next is vitamin C-massage it in while your skin is still damp from your essence
Timeless is a good L-ascorbic acid
Mad hippie is a great sodium ascorbyl phosphate

Wait at least 30 minutes if you can then add hydrating serum (stick with the beta glucan to keep this simple)
and finish with sunscreen tinted moisturizer (my fave is still Drmtlgy. Make sure you get the oil free tinted moisturizer in universal tint (my fave) Use code Penny20 at drmtlgy.com for 20% off your entire order.
You CAN add another moisturizer if you need one. I still love the Milk Makeup Vegan moisturizer

TWO DAYS A WEEK remove the vitamin C and replace with an AHA.
I like the glycolic toner from the Ordinary
I also like exfoderm Forte from OBAGI. You can use my code PENN20 for 20% off your order at Skinbeautiful RX

If you choose to microneedle you would do that once every 4-5 weeks and follow it with LED. My microneedling playlist
