This video is about the greatest discovery of Maxwell by the known laws of electricity and magnetism which gave rise to light and Maxwell predicted the speed of light which was correct. Maxwell showed that light is an Electromagnetic wave. Later on, Planck in 1902 said that light can behave as a particle too which at first no one believed but later on Einstein proved that with the help of photoelectric effect. The duality of light can also be proven with the help of the double-slit experiment which is the base of quantum Physics. Light not only gave rise to Quantum physics but also played a major role in Einstein's Theory of Relativity. Now according to Newton objects moving with constant velocity will remain at constant speed unless an external force acts upon them, but Maxwell's discovery of the speed of light made Einstein Realize that Newton was wrong. Because Speed of light will remain unchanged no matter how much external force we apply. So this seems like a profoundly simple idea but it is ridiculously hard to see it in the first place. I mean who would have questioned the existence of space and time as separate entities, nobody would have unless there was this paradox posed by maxwell's theory and it took einstein to see the resolution which is time and space depend on the observer, depends on who is looking, how fast are you moving.
