Let’s talk about the free $1,000 Grants for the Emergency Injury Disaster Loan (Grant). This is a no-collateral, grant or advance. You do not need to take the actual loan to receive this grant money. You just need to certify that your side hustle or small business has been affected. Do you need a separate entity like an s-corp or LLC to qualify? Nope! 1099 or sole proprietor works. The Cannabis industry may not qualify as it has to qualify as a legal business under Federal Law.
