Rules to buy property:
1. Every millionaire has 40 to 60 % of his assets in real estate.
2. Never rush in buying property.
3. One must earn at least 10% per annum of the actual worth of property.
4. When investing never look at capital investment and profit buy selling it. Always consider passive income in the form of rent.
5. Never invest where there is uncertainty. Like close to where new airport is expected to be constructed etc. Always go for locations close to schools, colleges, offices, central locations.
6. Never buy incomplete projects. Someone may be trying to get rid of the property because of some legal or other issue.
7. Never invest in super luxury property
8. Multiple investments are always better. Never put all your eggs in one basket.
