INGREDIENTS
• 1.5 cups water
• 10g yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 4 cups flour
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 10 parts and form sandwiches. Let rise until double in size. Sprinkle with flour and make cuts on each sandwich. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C / 350 ° F for 25-30 minutes.
